Business Publication # 2 BBC news

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/7908403.stm

In this article, I found the topic interesting because it talks about the end of US recession. the US Federal Reserve chief Ben Bernanke thinks that the recession may last into 2010, also he warned the Congress from this recession. I think that is kind of a good and a bad news at the same time. I think America needs a year of recovery, but how much the economy is going to be hurt in 2009 ? and how many jobs are going to be lost? I think the Congress should put more effort and try to avoid this problem before it expands.

Business Publication Assignment #2-Denver post

http://www.denverpost.com/economy/ci_11786701

In this article, what I found interesting is how the economy problems affected the home resales, and how it hurts it so bad. "Home resales unexpectedly plunged in January to the lowest level in nearly 12 years" he wrote. I think this home resales plung must be a huge one and happenes in short period of time, that is why, I think that plung has affected the real estate market. even though home prices are likely to decline considerably further in the quarters ahead, I think it is an important resposibility for the new president to take care of .

- Wells Fargo Bank _ Mr.Robert _ robert.t.tolman@wellsfargo.com

I spoke with audit& security department.Their job environment is mostly office work with groups and interacting with customers. I also asked them if the real estate major useful and important part from the company or not. They said they were not in need because their work does not involve buying or selling estate.

-Xerox Company_ Mr.Matt _Clark_mclark@pds-co.com
They have two types of jobs , internship and full time job . The internship is mostly interacting with customers while the full time job is very professional and it involves selling products to big companies. Also I asked them what the business majors are, and they prefer marketing, accounting, and finance.

Business Publication #1- denver post

http://blogs.denverpost.com/powersource/2009/02/03/oil-down-but-gasoline-up-why/

In this article the writer discuses why the oil prices have continued to drop, and the gasoline prices in united state have ticked up. As everyone knows that the oil prices and the gasoline prices generally increase or decrease in the same way. In this case the increasing is not gonna stop. Some experts had speculated that the gas prices might be double. It might be up to $3 a gallon.

this article interests me because i can see what is the writer talking about. Even though the oil prices keep going down, few weeks ago the regular unleaded gas was $1.422, and now it is around $1.728.
